Thank you for shopping with Symphony Perfume! We want you to love your fragrance purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for products that meet the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item delivered).

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue with supporting photos of the defect or damage.

• Returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

• Due to hygiene considerations, perfumes that have been opened, used, sprayed, or tested cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to be defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@symphonyperfume.com or contact support via the phone number listed on our Customer Service page.

Please include your Order Number, Product Name, and clear photos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.

3. Exchange or Replacement

If your item is defective or incorrect, you may choose a replacement of the same product or another product of equal or higher value.

Replacement items are subject to availability.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take 7–21 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. Important Notes

Perfume samples, tester units, and opened products are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our discretion based on the evidence provided.
